Spyros used to be in the Greek Military. After he got out, he set up this business on the AFSOUTH NATO base. He was asked to move his business off the base, for reasons I can probably guess. Now he is on private land across from the Gricignano Support Site where the base can't touch him. Forewarned is forearmed.
