The NCOs Mess & Carabinieri's Mess are provided by the Italian Support Element. The Troop Mess, NATO Community & Conference Center restaurant, & Bowling Center snackbar are concessions operated on post.
The NCO'S Mess is located in the basement of Bld M

Banking on AFSOUTH is provided under contract by Banco Di Napoli. The bank offers full banking services to include an ATM machine. The bank will not accept checks drawn on accounts outside of Italy. Augmentees may establish local accounts for currency exchange and ATM withdrawals. You can still use the ATM for withdrawls off your foreign account, however, it only dispenses Euro. The Bank is located in Bld L, ground floor.
